1 What we do?

Application Development Service Line is one of the major and promising service lines within WiSys. It is based on developing and customizing business needs as well as maintaining the existing systems other than SAP ERP for the whole AWQAF group and the external market. This service line is also the main stone in the Digital Transformation strategy for the whole group to provide value proposition solutions with the highest users’ experiences and satisfaction.


2 Our Method

We have been moved during the past decade through several iterations of strategies, methods, techniques and tools toward being aligned with the latest technologies and project management techniques that achieve high customers’ satisfaction, fast delivery and adaptive solutions.

 

Within our service line, we are practicing AGILE-Scrum technique in managing our developments sprints where we have a direct channel with our customers during the project and keep the momentum high within the team from both sides; us and our customer.


3 Life Cycle

Within WiSys, we have been following the standard development life cycle all over the past years. Nowadays, we reached a level of moving into enhancing the model and work on improving the weaknesses areas such as system architecture, quality assurance and documentation in addition to being a customer-centric in providing valuable solutions to our customers.


4 Platforms

Within WiSys, we are using the latest versions of Microsoft Visual Studio; C# with Microsoft SQL Server. This includes the latest design patterns in development used within our applications such as MVC and MVVM. We developed our own platform on top of .NET platform to reduce the development time, testing time and provide multiple platforms of user interface using our cross platform engine; Xamarin Studio. At the same time, we are focusing on providing high secured application and high-speed techniques in manipulating the huge massive of data and transactions.


5 User Experience

We in WiSys believe that the user experiences is the most important element within any development project to get the highest customers’ satisfaction and deliver the explications. We are using IRise tool that enables our customers to contribute with our technical team in every small detail during the analysis, design, coding and even testing. It is Responsive to wireframes and prototypes. Inline requirements management. Real-time collaboration for teams. All in one simple, secure, integrated platform.


6 Quality Assurance

Within WiSys also, testing our applications is the most critical phase we focus on where we do multiple iterations of tests and considering many areas. Our focused testing areas are Application Functionalities, User Experiences, Performance Tests and Security Test. We are using TestRail tool that enables teams along with our customers to contribute with our technical team in all steps of testing. Modern Test Case Management Software.


7 Project Management

One of the most critical elements in having successful and cost effective project is the tool that manages those projects. Within WiSys, we are utilizing ITM-Platform tool to manage our projects. This tool is not only limited to manage the projects, rather it is more to manage the programs and portfolios. It is prioritizing what’s best for our business, control project financials, and use real-time information to report how projects are performing.


8 Support

Within having a product in place or signing off a project with you, it is not the end of the story for us. We will be handling every moment of your future with us through our rich and matured supporting tool; ManageEngine ServiceDesk. This tool is one of the most famous tools in the market in the Support industry. ManageEngine crafts comprehensive IT management software for all business needs using the most known frameworks such as ITIL. They have complete and easy solutions for even the most difficult IT management problems, from keeping the business safe, to ensuring high availability, to making our customers happy.


9 Future

DevOps is a set of practices that automates the processes between software development and IT teams, in order that they can build, test, and release software faster and more reliably. The concept of DevOps is founded on building a culture of collaboration between teams that historically functioned in relative siloes. Within WiSys, we are in the process of transforming all our development and operations into the DevOps model.
